Mr. Wilson serves as the client services manager for Gavel & Dorn Engineering. In this capacity, Mr. Wilson is responsible for ensuring that the firm provides the highest quality service and meets client's expectations in all our projects. In additon, Mr. Wilson provides project management services to our municipal clients as needed.
As the Public Works and Utilities Director for a North Carolina MS4 community Mr. Wilson was responsible for the development and implementation of various civil infrastructure programs including permit compliance and reporting, ordinance revisions, preparation of guidance manuals, plan review, financial analysis and strategic planning. Mr. Wilson has experience in working with the State's Clean Water Management Trust Fund and related grant funding agencies. He has 30 years of experience dealing with citizens and local businesses in a municipality including resolving site-specific civil infrastructure related problems. Mr. Wilson provides clients with first-hand experienced perspective from an experienced utility director's point-of-view.
